Family and Medical Leave
Paid Parental Leave*
This includes paid time off for male and female parents and is inclusive of birth recovery for birth parents and/or bonding time for non-birth parents. Manager approval is required.
*Johns Hopkins Union: Paid Parental Leave not available.
- Full-time employees receive three days paid for immediate family, immediate in-law family and grandparents.
- Part-time employees must use PDL for leave and are eligible after 90 days from your hire date.
