- reduce stress and lower blood pressure,
- develop healthy habits to improve sleep and increase energy,
- practice self-care through meditation and mindfulness,
- and even quit smoking.

Healthy at Hopkins Rewards Program
You can earn up to:
- $1,000 if you’re regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week.
- $500 if you’re regularely scheduled to work 20-29 hours per week.

Mental health services through the Office of Clinician and Faculty Care (OCFC)
The OCFC is staffed by Johns Hopkins clinicians who know the demands of our work and provide safe, judgment-free care that protects privacy. Their services are confidential with no link to employment records.
You’re eligible for up to six free visits with a licensed mental health provider if you’re a:
- Nurse
- Advanced Practice Provider
- Physician
- School of Medicine faculty (clinical or research)
If you need on-going care after your six free visits, you can continue with an OCFC provider and bill your medical insurance.
Appointments are available virtually or in person. To schedule an appointment, submit an intake form or contact the OCFC at ocfc@jh.edu or 443-287-5559.
