Employee Tuition Assistance

After you have been employed for three consecutive months, you can apply for the educational assistance program. The benefit amount you’re eligible for will depend on your employment status:

• Full-time employees: Up to $5,250 per fiscal year
• Part-time employees: Up to $2,625 per fiscal year

Dependent Child Tuition Assistance

Sibley Memorial Hospital offers college tuition reimbursement up to $15,000, less applicable federal and state withholdings, per academic year to eligible full-time employees with dependents enrolled full-time in a degree-seeking program with an accredited college or university.
